Labor exploration
Two types of Labor:
Bonded Labor: This is when victims are to work for the repayment for a loan or service.
Forced Labor: Victims are forced to work against their will under the threat of violence of some other form of punishment.
The victims are often kept isolated to prevent them from receiving any form of help. Many times they are trained to lie if any one is to question them. The traffickers blackmail the victims into labor by threatening to report them to immigration officials. Children and women are seen as the easiest victims because of their lack of power. The dangerous conditions the victims work in may result in physical health issues such as respiratory and cardiovascular problems depending on the tasks they are forced to carry out.
